Hello! I wanted to officially introduce myself. My name is Stephan Klausat, your neighbor and local real estate agent.
I have been a Licensed Residential Real Estate Professional & Business Specialist working with Century 21 Assurance Realty in Kamloops, British Columbia for 8+ years.
My main focus is helping clients purchase and sell numerous types of residential real estate in the Kamloops area. I specialize in the sale of single family homes, investment properties, and first time home buyer purchases. I have also completed over 50 successful business & commercial transactions in my career.
I am a father of three great kids and have been happily married to my amazing wife for 30 years. Kamloops has been our home since 1992 and we absolutely love it here.

Prior to real estate I was a successful multiple restaurant owner in Kamloops for over 15 years.
I am a father to three great kids and have been happily married to my amazing wife, Trish, for over 25 years. Kamloops has been our home since 1992 and we absolutely love it here. I am an avid outdoorsman. You name it; snowmobiling, hiking, biking, quadding, fishing, motorcycling, camping, boating...I love it all.
